Our Products

High-quality PET plastic rolls, produced to your exact specification.

PET plastic rolls

One product, engineered for every packaging need

Our PET rolls are produced on modern extrusion lines from certified, food-safe raw materials. The result is a film with excellent clarity, consistent thickness, and strong moisture and gas resistance — ready for thermoforming and packaging lines.

Every order is produced to your specification: choose the thickness, width, and color that fit your application, and we’ll deliver rolls that run smoothly on your machines.

The material

Why PET

PET — polyethylene terephthalate — is a saturated polyester produced by reacting terephthalic acid with ethylene glycol. Its regular molecular structure is what gives the finished sheet its combination of clarity, strength and barrier performance.

That combination is why PET became the default for rigid food packaging: it forms cleanly on thermoforming lines, holds its shape under load, and protects what is inside without affecting taste or smell.

Clarity

High light transmission and a glossy surface, so the product is seen exactly as it is.

Mechanical strength

Strong impact resistance and good fold endurance — the sheet takes filling, stacking and transport without cracking.

Chemical resistance

Unaffected by oils, fats, dilute acids and most common solvents encountered in food and industrial use.

Barrier performance

Low permeability to water vapour, gas and odour, which is what keeps packed contents fresh.

Temperature stability

Holds its mechanical properties across the chilled and ambient ranges that packing lines work in.

Recyclable

PET is fully recyclable at end of life and does not release harmful gases when incinerated.

Material grades

The PET family

PET sheet is supplied in several forms. Each behaves differently on the line, and the right one depends on what you are forming.

APET

Amorphous PET

The clearest of the family and the most widely used for food packaging. Forms cleanly and holds detail.

RPET

Recycled PET

Contains reclaimed PET. Chosen where recycled content is a requirement of the brief or the buyer.

PETG

Glycol-modified PET

Tougher and more forgiving to thermoform, at the cost of a little clarity. Suits deeper draws.

GAG

Co-extruded PETG / APET / PETG

A three-layer construction that keeps APET clarity while gaining the bonding behaviour of PETG skins.

Surface treatments

Grades and finishes

Beyond the base material, sheet is finished for the job it has to do — releasing cleanly, resisting fog, taking ink, or dissipating static.

Silicone-coated PET

Silicone coating

Clean release from moulds and tooling

Anti-block PET

Embedded, non-silicone

Stops sheets clinging together on the line

Anti-fog PET

Anti-fog coating

Chilled produce and ready meals — keeps the pack clear

Print grade PET

Corona treatment

Printed lids, labels and decorated packs

Coated PET

Off-line coating

Technical applications needing a conductive surface

Surface resistance: 10⁴ – 10⁶ Ω

Antistatic PET

On-line coating

Prevents static build-up around sensitive goods

Surface resistance: 10⁹ – 10¹¹ Ω

Semi-conductive PET

On-line coating

Component handling where charge must bleed away slowly

Surface resistance: 10⁶ – 10⁹ Ω

Conductive PET

On-line coating

Electronics trays and ESD-sensitive packaging

Surface resistance: 10⁴ – 10⁶ Ω

Handling

Getting the best from the roll

  • Store away from direct heat and out of prolonged sunlight; PET is a thermoplastic and sustained high temperature will affect it.
  • Keep the roll face clear of sharp or unfinished metal — the surface marks easily and scratches show badly on clear film.
  • Where a flawless finish matters, run with a protective film and remove it only at forming.
  • Let rolls reach workshop temperature before running, so the sheet feeds at a consistent gauge.
